Whether you are considering making a change in your life, or dealing with a change that is unexpected and or unwanted, you may struggle to navigate all the things that can happen during a period of transition. So many things to do, so many things to think about; it can feel overwhelming.
Whatever the circumstance, you may experience many different emotions which can feel overpowering, and even contradictory. The process of change can be exciting and scary. You may feel anxious, or isolated and alone–you may even experience a sense of loss and find yourself going through a grief process.
Grief isn’t just about mourning the death of a loved one. Individuals may find themselves grieving over the loss of moving away from something comfortable, and familiar even if it eventually leads to something positive. In the meantime, you may experience some “growing pains” along the way.
Whatever stage of change you are in
